摘要:通过改造石子煤系统后,最大高效遏制大颗粒石子煤排放时扬尘、积水等二次污染。通过治漏(漏粉、漏水、漏灰、漏煤),制粉系统漏粉的缺陷明显下降,热风调门门轴漏风整治,根本上解决了区域漏灰。通过制粉系统检修通道排水沟施工、下沉地基灌浆,有效了保障了地面的基础和稳定性,通过雨水排水系统改造,避免对制粉系统二次污染。采用由多种复合型纳米材料进行特殊有序分散、合成、架桥等技术亲和而成的分解智能涂料,达到智能自洁及自然空气环保净化等效果,并满足任何自然条件正常使用。改变部分照明灯具设计布局不合理、有多处照明死角,给日常巡检及检修维护工作带来不便,存在一定的安全隐患的现状。
Abstract:after reforming the stone coal system, the maximum efficiency is to restrain the secondary pollution such as dust and water. Through the treatment of leakage (leakage, leakage, leakage, leakage of coal), the defect of powder system leakage is obviously decreased, and the air leakage regulation of the hot air door shaft is solved, which basically solves the area leakage. Through pulverizing system access channel drain foundation grouting construction, sinking, effectively guarantee the foundation and the stability of the ground, through the rainwater drainage system, avoid the secondary pollution in coal pulverizing system. By a variety of composite nano materials for special order dispersion, synthesis, bridging technology such as affinity and the decomposition of intelligent coating, to achieve intelligent self-cleaning and natural air environmental purification effect, and meet any natural conditions of normal use. Changing the design layout of some lighting lamps and lanterns is not reasonable, there are many lighting dead angles, which brings inconvenience to routine inspection and maintenance work, and there is a certain security hidden danger.
